Manually Refreshing the Runtime Configuration from a File

Flux provides a built-in mechanism for loading and automatically refreshing the runtime configuration from a using (using the RUNTIME_CONFIGURATION_FILE and RUNTIME_CONFIGURATION_FILE_REFRESH_FREQUENCY configuration options). In some cases, however, you will want more control over exactly when and how the file is refreshed.

This example demonstrates how you can load, parse, and set the runtime configuration yourself, bypassing the automated process on the engine.
